4 Pathways Leading to 45th President's Defeat
Edited: 21 Jan 24
PATHWAY 1
GOP voters in all primary states who don't want the indicted former 45th President on the November ballot are the first groups of Americans responsible for keeping him off that ballot.
Pathway 1 failed in Iowa’s primary because a majority of GOP voters who oppose the 45th stayed at home. They are scared of MAGA violence. The weather was also dangerous. They are worried because Trump hasn’t stopped trying to overthrown the Grand Old Party of Lincoln, Eisenhower, and Reagan.
New Hampshire's primary is next on Pathway 1. NH voters who want the 45th President off November’s ballot should not be afraid. Get out and vote.
PATHWAY 2
For the first time, voters are hearing and learning about a ‘Disqualification Clause’ in Amendment 14 of the U.S. Constitution —
https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution-conan/amendment-14/section-3/disqualification-clause
They, their families, friends, neighbors and communities are reading, studying, discussing, sharing, and networking the Clause.
We are all learning how the Disqualification Clause is applicable to the indicted 45th President’s January 6 rebellion and insurrection. He disqualified himself.
PATHWAY 3
U.S. Supreme Court Judges are the second group of Americans who are responsible for disqualifying the 45th President. In fact, they are legally required by law to disqualify him.
Let’s EMAIL the Supreme Court Judges: https://www.supremecourt.gov/contact/contact_pio.aspx.
Ask SCOTUS to PLEASE support and enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment by disqualifying the 45th because he engaged in rebellion and insurrection. He also incited his supporters to attack the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
If Pathways 1, 2 and 3 fail, then let’s move on to Pathway 4.
PATHWAY 4
American voters who oppose the 45th’s re-election will be the final group responsible for defeating him. Don't panic. Get organized. Work hard. Get out and vote. We can defeat him, again.
Adios.

Right wing attacks on public education began in California under Gov. Reagan. He ended tuition-free college education for California residents. Critics at the time wrote the Governor thought the 60’s youth rebellion against Vietnam War was caused by students educated at California’s community colleges and universities.
Later, California’s Proposition 13 passed, and property tax revenues dedicated to fund schools, colleges and universities was forever “capped”.
In 1980, New Mexico’s right wing state lawmakers successfully passed legislation which repealed a law which invested property tax revenues in the state’s public schools, colleges and universities.
